In our institute we provide an opportunity to perform ambulant surgeries of mutations, which are diagnosed during the course of a performed ophthalmological examination and screening during an out-patient treatment.

During ophthalmological examination we study the reasons of the ruin of eyesight, eye inflammation and other ophthalmological symptoms. A comprehensive ophthalmological examination also supplies lots of information concerning the general state and diseases of the body.

The purpose of the ophthalmological screening is the early recognition and treatment of pathological conditions (i.e. glaucoma) when no symptoms have occurred as yet. Furthermore, at the request of doctors of other specialties (i.e. internist, neurologist, etc.) we examine the state of the eye ground to eliminate other possible diseases and for judging the efficiency of the applied treatment.

Ophthalmological examination is recommended from early childhood, as with the help of the squint and amblyopia, unrecovered loss of eyesight and operational intervention can be avoided.

At an older age it is very important to determine what causes the eyesight disorder, as a cataract can be cured by undergoing surgery.
