Hospitalization

After your arrival at the hospital our colleagues at the reception desk will help you with the check-in process. If it is your first time at our institute, our colleagues will collect and save your personal data and offer you an orientation tour through the hospital.
If you have been to our hospital before, no administration is required and you will then be accompanied to your room immediately.

Orientation
After check-in our colleague will accompany you to your room where our nurses will give you information relating to all your medical questions, for example about medical visits, preparation for the surgery, etc.

Medicines
Should you be taking any pre-described medicine, please inform your doctor and nurse accordingly on arrival.

Room equipment
All rooms are exclusively designed with a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The rooms are equipped with the following:

• Mini bar
• Safe
• Big screen LCD television, offers several Hungarian and/or International channels
• Multimedia devices
• CD and video collection
• Nurse on-call
• Wi-Fi

Meals
Dr. Rose Private Hospital ensures 3 daily meals for all our patients and/or guests. You can choose from an A la carte menu selection provided by a five-star Restaurant. Should you have any special dietary requirements please inform our colleagues at the reception desk upon check-in. All meals are served in the rooms.

Continental breakfast: 07.00-10.00
Lunch: 12.00-14.00
Dinner: 19.00-21.00

Room service
Room service is available outside the set meal time table. The menu offers a selection of fresh items such as: sandwiches, pastries, refreshments, fruit etc. Room service is at your disposal 7 a.m. until 11 p.m.

Cleaning service and cleanness control
At Dr. Rose Private Hospital the sanitary conditions fulfill the highest level of standard and requirements.
We can clean the room, exchange towels and or bed linen should it be required outside the daily set cleaning schedule. As a comfort service we can offer a special range of duvet and cushions and cleaning clothing.
Antiseptic hand wash liquid is available in every room. In support of preventing infections we recommend to all our visitors to wash their hands on arrival.

Nurses on-call
The device is similar to a wrist watch, which can be fixed onto a wrist. Therefore if you are in urgent need of help at any time, anywhere, you just need to press the alarm button to call the nurse on duty.

Safety
The security staff takes care of the personal safety of our patients and the hospital staff.
For security reasons only entitled persons can get in the different rooms with the help of a chip card. At arrival you will also be handed a chip card. Our colleague will give you information about the usage of the card. You will also be shown around the hospital to familiarize you with the area and all the facilities.

Telephone
A wired telephone is located within all rooms, which can be used to call with inside the building.

Visitors
All close relatives can visit our patients at any time. If your partner, children and/or relatives would like to stay with you in your patient room, or your child wants you to stay with him/her – double bedrooms are available upon request.
Our single patient’s rooms are furnished with a comfortable coach that can be used at any time by the partner.
Even though visiting hours are flexible to family and close friends, we kindly request our guests to follow the set visiting hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. in favour of a quiet and relaxing sleeping time for our patients. Should you wish not to receive visitors, please inform the nurse on duty, who will ensure that you are not disturbed.

Noise level
We endeavor to keep noise levels on a low level in support of offering a relaxing and undisturbed environment for our patients. We therefore kindly request all our guests to keep the volume of multimedia devices on moderate levels.

Smoking
Dr. Rose Private Hospital is a no-smoking area.

Fire service
Our hospital is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system. In case of a fire the alarm device will go off. If necessary we will start the evacuation of the building by using the protected lifts against fire.

Satisfactory questionnaire
We are proud of the quality of our service and the positive feedback we receive from our guests, because their satisfaction is the most important aspect of our work. Our client-satisfactory questionnaire is available in every room. By completing the survey you can help us greatly in achieving higher standards of work. We use all comments, compliments and complaints received from our guests to continuously improve the quality of our service. Please hand your completed questionnaire in at the reception desk.

During your hospital stay you can resort to a wide range of comfort services, which were formed according to our patient’s feedbacks and suggestions. If you need anything which is not listed under our basic services, please let our receptionists know.
