2001.During my university studies I spent one semester at the Medical Faculty of Tor Vergata University in Rome and another semester at the Medical Faculty of Albert-Ludwig University in Freiburg.
Since my acquisition of my medical degree I have worked at Ophthalmological Clinic of Semmelweis University. Within the General Ophthalmology my main interest fields are the Eye Ground Imagery Procedures, the recognition and curing of the illnesses of the macula lutea and the diagnostics and treatment of the glaucoma. My aim is to roll back the occurrences of the diabetes retinopathy, which is one of the most frequent and preventable blindness’ reasons in Hungary.
During my medical field trips I worked at Ophthalmologic Clinic of the Medical University in Wien, Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Helmholtz Institute in Moscow, Ophthalmologic Clinic in Ljubljana, University Clinics of Belgrade and Sofia.
Our working group reports on research results several times a year at national and international conferences, in Hungarian and English professional journals. I regularly attend national continuations as a Lecture and an Organizer.
As an Eye-specialist I feel privileged as every day I can live the miracle that the subtle optics and biology of the human eye meaning. In this minute organ not only the surrounding world maps, but in certain states from many, tiny details the whole organisation can be deducted.
