Beyond the high-level professional background, the most important objective of Dr. Rose Private Hospital is to provide a high-level service and that its patients can recover in a calm and relaxing environment.
We therefore kindly request, that should you as our patient require any additional services or facilities which is not listed below, please submit your special requirements to our colleagues at the reception desk. Should your special request not violate any safely regulations, we would gladly endeavor to fulfill your needs.
We have developed our comfort services according to the feedback received from our patients:

Room equipment
All rooms are exclusively designed with an en-suite bathroom. The rooms are equipped with the following:
• Air-conditioning
• Mini bar
• Safe
• Big screen LCD television, offers several Hungarian and/or International channels.
• Multimedia devices
• CD and video collection
• Nurse on-call
• Wi-Fi

Room service
Room service is available outside the 3 set meal time table. The menu offers a selection of fresh items such as: sandwiches, pastries, refreshments, fruits, etc. Room service is at your disposal from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m.

Room delivery
We deliver any greeting cards, flowers and presents, delivered to our hospital, to the applicable patient.

Choice of bedclothes
We can adjust the choice of duvet and pillow to your requirements: you can select pillows with different heights, softness and fillings and duvets with different thickness.
Our bed mattresses ensure ergonomically optimal lie. The lying height of the beds can also be adjusted.

Laundry
We offer cleaning services on request, at an additional cost, for personal clothing.

Telephone
A wired telephone is located within all rooms, which can be used to call with inside the building.

Daily newspapers, magazines
We daily replace the selection of Hungarian newspapers and magazines in the waiting areas. On request we can also gladly provide other Hungarian and/or international newspapers and magazines.

Denominational representative
A Paster of the denominations can be contacted for a visit to your room, on request.

Attendant
Should you require a permanent attendant we can fulfill your request. The appointed attendant can assist you with everything you require outside your room.

Satisfaction questionnaire
We are proud of the quality of our service and the positive feedback we receive from our guests, because their satisfaction is an important element of our work. Our client satisfaction questionnaire is found in every room. By completing the survey you can help us greatly in achieving high standards of work. We use all comments, compliments and complaints received from our guests to continuously improve the quality of our service.
