In 2003 I graduated at the General Medicine Faculty of Semmelweis Medical University. After my university's accomplishment, as a Ph.D. student I started to work at the Ophthalmological Clinic in Mária street, where I have ever since been working.
I concluded my scientific work in the topic of the hereditary retina illnesses. To further develop myself within my scientific medical field I spent a year at Molecular Genetic Laboratory of the Ophthalmological Clinic of Tübingen University in Germany.
In 2006 I obtained a Ph.D. degree and thereafter I continued my work at Ophthalmological Clinic as a Specialist Candidate. I concluded my special examination in 2009. Since 2004 I have been a member of the Hungarian Eye-specialist Association and a Founder Member of the Neuroropthalmological Section, which was founded in 2008. Since 2004 I have been a constant member of the EVER (European Association for Vision and Eye Research) International Association. Since 2005 I have been a member of EURETINA (European Society for Retina Specialists), since 2006, of ISCEV (International Society for Clinical Electrophysiology of Vision) and since 2008, of ARVO (Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology).
Professional orientation
Besides General Ophthalmologic examinations my interest fields lie in Electrophysiology, the examinations of the colour eyesight and the hereditary retina illnesses as well as the Ophthalmological picture creator examinations.
